c) Any amount payable by a gaming operator under a declaration made by the VGCCC under section 3.6.8(4A) of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (the Act), expressed as a percentage of the venue's gaming revenue.

I confirm that an independent auditor’s statement dated 24/09/2024 has been received which states that, in the auditor’s opinion, this CBS presents fairly, in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards in Australia, and, is consistent with the auditor’s understanding of sections 3.6.9(2)(a) and (b) and section 3.6.9(3) of the Act, the TRARALGON BOWLS CLUB INC,’s compliance with the Act for the financial year ended 30 June 2024.

Class A (a). (ii)Donations to Mental health via Rotary, Tour de Cureand from our annual Pink & Blue BVowls Day where we raise funds for prostrate cancer & breast cancer. The sponsorship is thru Headway who brought a client in for a bowling session as part oif hsi rehabilitation.$3,113
Class A (a). (iii)While we get our team trained in RSG thru the Venue Support Program we do offer our venue as a place to hold the district training where we host the Latrobe Community Health Service VSW RSG Training at times.$227

(vi)With donations to the O'Mara Aged Care Home & then sponsorships to KL's Independent Living Skills, Interchange Gippsland, Daily Living Disability, Joshua Tree Home Support, GippsCare, Just Better Care, & Benatas who all bring their clients thru our Bowls Indoor Centre for physical exercise and maintainign their social skills within the community. The Traralgon Rotary Club meet at our Club and with their subsidies of their events and discoiunts and support their meetings and programs this forms [aprt of our sponsorships. The Newborough Senior Citizens Club received our as good as new indoor bnowls mat as part of our ongoing sponsorship of the aged within our community.$13,019

Our Combined Community Affiliated Sports Club program saw the following clubs sponsored by us this year: Traralgon Tyers FNC, Redsox Baseball Club, Traralgon City Soccer Club, Toongabbie Cricket Club, Traralgon Amateur Basketball Assoc, Gippsland United Basketball, Latrobe Valley Umpires Assoc & Bowls Victoria.$71,074
