Conditions:
For any annual community contribution that is due and payable in 2020, the amount of the community contribution may be deferred until 1 July 2021.


Community contributions:

1. The Venue Operator will provide to the City of Casey an annual cash contribution of $68,000.00 per annum for a period of four (4) and a half years (the Contributions). The Contributions are to be made by quarterly payments of $17,000.00 commencing on 15 February 2018 and continuing thereafter until the end of the gaming machine licence period on 15 August 2022.

2. It is anticipated that the Contributions will be used for the provision of services and facilities to residents of Lynbrook or donated to individuals, not-for-profit community groups and sporting organisations providing services and facilities to residents in the City of Casey.
3. The Venue Operator must provide evidence of payment of its Contributions to the VCGLR as soon as practicable after such payment is made.
4. If the City of Casey advises the Venue Operator and/or the VCGLR that it is not willing to participate in the process of the distribution of the Contributions, the Venue Operator will determine the allocation of the Contributions for the purposes set out in paragraph 2 above.
5. The City of Casey and/or the Venue Operator shall advise the VCGLR in writing annually as to how the Contributions in the said year were expended and/or utilised.

6. If the Contributions are not made as required herein the operation of the 55 (fifty-five) EGMs must cease immediately for as long as the Contributions (or part thereof) remain outstanding.
