Conditions:
For any annual community contribution that is due and payable in 2020, the amount of the community contribution may be deferred until 1 July 2021.


Community contributions:

(e) During the period of 10 years following the installation of the additional machines the venue operator will donate amounts totalling $50,000 per year to community and not-for-profit organisations. This annual amount of $50,000 will include an annual payment of $10,000 to Benalla Hospital and $10,000 to the St Vincent de Paul Food Share organisation. The balance of $30,000 will be distributed annually to community-based not-for-profit organisations.

(f) Should the contributions required by the last preceding paragraphs of the conditions not be made in their entirety in any 12 month period, the number of electronic gaming machines that may be operated at the premises will revert to 20.
