For any annual community contribution that is due and payable in 2020, the amount of the community contribution may be deferred until 1 July 2021.


Community contributions:

The Venue Operator, from the commencement of the operation of the 10 additional EGMs at the Approved Venue until 15 August 2022: maintains its current level of cash and in-kind contributions to the community; and contributes an additional $30,000 per annum (indexed annually to All Groups CPI – Melbourne) to the community of the municipality of the Wellington Shire Council, to be distributed by the Venue Operator in consultation with the Wellington Shire Council.
